Social Media Assistant (Part-time)

Your Role & Responsibilities

• ✓Schedule daily organic posts across client channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
• ✓Monitor comments and messages, acting as the first line of community management.
• ✓Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to package creative assets.
• ✓Track basic reach, engagement, and click-through metrics using templates.

Hiring Requirements

• ✓Active presence on social platforms with an eye for digital trends.
• ✓Good written English skills; fluency in Sinhala or Tamil is a strong plus.
• ✓Basic experience using scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, or Meta Business Suite).
• ✓Ability to commit 20 hours per week with a hybrid check-in schedule.
