These terms explain what the board publishes, what users and employers are responsible for, and when a listing or submission may be edited, rejected, or removed.
Board role
Urgent Jobs Colombo publishes and curates job listings, but it does not become the employer, recruiter of record, or guarantor of any hire, salary offer, interview outcome, or employment relationship.
Employer responsibility
Employers are responsible for making sure their listing is accurate, lawful, and current. The board may reject, edit, pause, or remove vacancies that appear misleading, unsafe, expired, or too vague to publish responsibly.
Candidate responsibility
Candidates should submit accurate personal details and only upload files they are entitled to share. Applications may be withheld or removed if they contain false information, abusive content, or malicious files.
Availability and contact
The board can change or remove features, listings, and pages at any time. If you need to report a dispute, correction, or privacy concern, use the contact page.
