Urgent Jobs Colombo collects only the information needed to route applications, review vacancy enquiries, and operate the public job board. This page summarizes the working privacy rules for the site.
What is collected
Candidate applications may include first name, last name, email, phone number, optional cover note, and an optional uploaded CV. Employer enquiries may include company name, contact details, hiring notes, and other vacancy brief information you choose to send.
How that data is used
Application data is stored so the role can be reviewed in the private admin queue and routed to the relevant hiring contact. Employer enquiry data is used to review whether a role is suitable for publication and to reply with next steps.
Storage and retention
Submitted information is retained only for board operations, vacancy review, and hiring follow-up. Access is limited to the site operator and supporting infrastructure used to store files, admin records, and transactional email.
