This work-from-home role suits someone organised, careful with details, and comfortable spending most of the day on a laptop. You will keep spreadsheets and simple databases accurate, convert documents and forms into clean digital records, reply to routine messages, and prepare short daily updates for the team. Full training is given on our own templates and tools, so candidates with no formal office experience are welcome as long as their typing, spelling, and follow-through are reliable. Hours are flexible around study or family commitments, with at least four hours a day expected.

No prior professional experience required.

What you will handle

  • Enter data from forms, invoices, screenshots, and PDFs into Google Sheets and internal trackers.
  • Check and clean existing records so names, phone numbers, and amounts stay accurate.
  • Reply to routine WhatsApp, email, and chat messages using approved templates.
  • Prepare short daily and weekly summaries of work completed and items pending.
  • Keep client information private and stored only in the shared folders provided.

What the team needs right now

  • A laptop or desktop with a stable internet connection and a quiet place to work.
  • Good typing, spelling, and attention to detail. Speed tests welcome but not required.
  • Comfort with Google Sheets or Excel, and willingness to learn new software.
  • Reliable availability of at least four hours a day, Monday to Saturday.
  • No office experience is required. School leavers, students, and career returners are encouraged to apply.
